Pastors Gary and Rendie Kolstad brought their ministry to North Carolina in 1985, and after outgrowing their previous facility, they moved Freedom Christian Center to it's current location in November, 2005. Today, the congregation has grown to over 150 in attendance, and they are being blessed by new families joining them every week for worship and study. Pastor Gary and Rendie are dedicated to the church family and serve them with much love and appreciation. They have 4 adult children and are expecting their first grandchild in February. The Kolstads live in Mooresville.

Pastors Bernard and Edna Johnson began their ministry together in 2002. Pastor Bernard has been a member of the FCC family for over 10 years, and has traveled with Pastor Gary on multiple mission trips. Pastor Bernard serves as the Outreach/Evangelism Pastor. He and Pastor Edna were blessed to celebrate the birth of their first grandchild last Spring. The Johnsons live in Davidson.

Pastors Tommy and Debbie Greathead serve with the leadership staff as Prayer Team leaders with Debbie serving as Pastor of Counseling. She and Tommy have been members of FCC for 4 years. They enjoy riding their new motorcycles and taking care of their 3 cats. The Greatheads live in Mooresville.

Pastor Eddie Karriker is a lifelong resident of Mooresville and has been a part of Pastor Gary and Rendie's family for 15 years. He serves as the pianist for the Praise and Worship team and Pastor of Administration. Over the years, Pastor Eddie has traveled to several countries on mission trips to further his love of teaching. Pastor Eddie is single.
